Is the Losi 4 clutch shoes last longer than 3 shoes?
I just got a roller Losi buggy and truggy. I'm just wondering if the Losi 4 clutch shoes last longer than the 3 shoes?

4 shoes give you a little more tuning options, but I still love the 3 shoe clutch. 1 less spring and shoe to maintain and replace.

you can use a standard 3shoe clutch on a losi but you will have to buy new engine mounts to allow you to do so.i got fed up with the losi clutch and bought a losi adjustable engine mount.very happy with it.hope this helps.

You can use a 3 shoe clutch on a an 8ight without new engine mounts.
You only need the engine mounts if your going to use a bumpbox.
