Man that sucks, you can see it, touch it, build it, but cannot drive it till Christmas! Going to be a long 2 weeks for you or so! Looks nice. I want to put some big bores on my Fusion Sport.

They are catching on now that alot of people are converting over to electric. Also more companies will be making them too. Alot of local tracks will let you run them with the nitro's since there are not alot out yet.

Many tracks are now allowing 1/8th scale electrics to run with Nitros. At our local track we will have like 5 or 6 next year so we will have our own class. In the main's the electrics are required to make a 3 second pitstop.

Kendall at Amain has a Fusion built right now he is putting motor and electrics in and going to try it out. He is waiting for the ZX-1.5R to hit the states and is having one sent to him to build also. Tower I do not know anything about. Modhobby is now carrying Caster parts too.

How do you guys deal with the 45 minute mains in some races? Or, do they do that any longer?

i have a pair of batts that should last 30 min + If any thing else i would just carry along a couple of extra 3000 man packs just to be safe.
I also heard that roar rules were limiting them to 15 min races for electrics now.

Excellent! I recall racing in the dirt oval at a local 1/8th track here. I was the only electric. I was in the lead most of the way. Batts dumped. 2400 NiCd back then was it. Glad to hear the changing of the guards.
