A buddy of mine has his RC8 for sale. And im looking to buy it. Any opinions if the RC8 is a good buggy.

I don't think you would be dissapointed.
You linked to the FT kit. Is it the same your buddy has? The FT kit would be a better buy than a standard RC8.

I mean his is already built but thats what hes selling...Hes getting out of the hobby and into QUADS. But to each their own.

As long as its in good condition and looked after it should be fine. Assuming the price is OK

The kit is already built...He bought it last year and its muddy...I already left his $75....And Im giving him the other $75 tomorrow. This will extend my collection to 5 nitro cars/trucks And then engine has 3 gallons of nitro through it already.

BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT, I have a rc8RT with a OS vzb spec that I have not had a chance to send to ab mods yet for there stage 2 but my buggy competes with the mp9s and xrays all day long, just one word of advice, add about 3 weights to the right side of the chassis like I did, it makes you land your jumps dead on everytime. Here is a pic of my rc8 the body I bought from the net that was pre cut and pre painted for 30$, cutting those dam bodies is a pain in the butt.

Well i just got the buggy home and Its nice...Im taking it out of the box. I need to purchase a received for it to go with my DX3S but it seems to run fine one tap on the box and its purring like a kitten on crack. Got the motor up to 200degrees after holding the throttle 1/2 open. Idles sweet.
