While I was at work today I stopped in a Hobbytown USA, and overheard the store manager and some customers talking about OFNA discontinuing the Hyper 7 all Variants. Anyone heard anything about this. I mean I kind of expected this when I heard all the hop-ups at nitrohouse weren't being reordered by OFNA.

Hyper 7 is almost 6 years old. It has been a long lasting platform for sure. I guess the sun is setting on its time.

Like i said I dont know how true the it was. But I would imagine Hobbytown being one of the biggest probably has some inside info that we arent privvied too.

I don't know, some of the Ofna buggies like the Ultra series are even older than the Hyper 7 and are still being produced.

Yes but the Ultra is made by HongNor while the Hyper is made by HoBao.
Two completely different companies.

You got a good point there, almost forgot they were made by Hong Nor.

Hobbytown is just a distributor just like OFNA is, just as much in the dark if not more. If you want the facts email Hobao and ask as I did. Just like Hong Nor and the Ultra series of buggies, Hobao has no intentions of discontinuing the Hyper line up. The Hyper 7 is still a major money maker for Hobao and also an excellent basher/racer.
