BEC or Capacitor

I am finally getting my 8ight changed over from nitro to electronic and this seems to be the last thing I need to figure out what is needed more I am running a MMM SC with an Ace servo should I wire in a BEC or would the Cap be enough to stop glitching?

You need a BEC.
