Multiple Engine Temps... Too hot?

These are from an MBX Pro, run without the body. Outside temp is 37F, windy low humidity.

All temps are with duratrax flashpoint, taken after several full throttle bursts.

Top by glow plug:
224, 204, 214, 253, 244

Exhaust header:
314, 294, 302, 392, 384

Engine Body, by carb
192, 195, 197, 204, 199

Im thinking im too hot, especially once I put the body on. Im not too sure how hot these buggies should be running though, and im new to infrared temp gauges, I used to be a spit tester :)

IF you could lend me some advice, It would be great! Cant run crazy jumps with a blown engine :D
