how long is a piece of string ? you need to tell us the contributing perameters ie... Clutch and diff ratio , engine type, pipe, surface driving on, weather conditions, type of fuel and i think thats it.... on average you will find they would hit about 35 to 40 mph with the r21 engine which i think is a 3 or 4 port. but with the right modifications could hit 50 mph or so... hope this helps.

I got a EB4 but its not an S2. I drove mine alongside a real car to check the speed and I was up to 45 mph. But then I changed my Tires from the original to a special mounted T-Maxx tires. I lost alot of top speed but I could go in places i couldnt go with original tires. Do you have an EB4, its the only buggy I've owned and its great. The hard thing is to find parts now, but the hobby store I go to has all I need, I guess Im lucky.

Yes they are a pretty good buggy, a few niggles though, standard steering servos on both of my EB4 S2's dont come back to centre, and the throttle/ brake servo just isn't quite powerful enough to lock the brakes, quite annoying, especially when you have already paid good money for the kit in the first place.
Oh well I suppose I will have to invest in better quality servos all round! :-(

Most kits dont come with servo's, you are probably talking about an RTR in which case have low quality electronis.
