Hey everyone, I'm having a big problem, I own a TTR S-3, and I recently won a TTR pro21b-r (p) on ebay, and the little sucker just doesn't fit on my mounts. They're stock S-3 mounts, so I figured they would work, but noooo!
I have posted in many forums including Ace hobbies, amain hobbies, and several different ones here on RCU. I still haven't found a solution besides making them myself, and if I had a machine shop thats what I'd do.
I love this buggy, and I hear good things about the motor, but if I can't use them together.... well you know. kinda frutrating.

Please if anyone has had this prob or knows someone who has please respond to this plea for help and tell me where to find the right mounts. Here are some pics.

looks good 46u, how was the 8.5 handeling? did you notice a difference from the 8? oh and congrats on the trophy btw :D

yes asians are very smart, my step aunt is 75% asian. my school has the best disctrict scores to. even though i may seem to stupid on these forums im actually quite smart. <(^_^)>

Rammol, stop sniffing fumes, and do your homework... maybe your grades will get better. On the other hand, the world always needs people to staff Mcdonalds... you could fit right in! Just remember to ask if they want it "super sized", and you'll make out fine...lol.

Black wheels always look sweet. Are they Advantage rims? If they are how are they holding up?

Yes, they are Advantage Racing wheels. They seem to hold up really well. Black looks so cool but makes tracking the buggy a little harder esp at twilight. I love the spoke look. Lets a lot of dirt in though.

Yup,
NX-26. I think that was my second one. Well the first one was my first nitro engine ever so lets call that the mulligan. The second one was no better and spit fuel and leaked air and acted all screwy. Was pretty fast once in awhile but I threw in the towel with that engine entirely. CEN has been awesome about sending out new needles and they even have a cheap replacement program that allows for a swap of the busted NX-26 for their tried and true SH. 28 at a super reasonable price.

I dyed the wing black, changed the body mounts and body to Turmoil, and also installed new spoke wheels and tires.
