a new engine???

Hi, I got a Violator a while back and have been looking at new engines to put in it. I was wondering if you guys could help me out, my friend also has a Violator and he's been telling me to get a Team Orion Wasp .26 or a Picco .26. What would be my best bashing bet. I don't want to fork up a lot of dough because I don't have a lot of it. I work at the local commisary on the base and get tips and average about $10 an hour. With that in mind, which engine would suit my Violator the best. [sm=confused.gif]

if u get a wasp make sure it has the silver lsn<<(easier tuning) and u will be happy with this engine I put 1 in my storm with a 18 tooth cb and must say this thing is just plain ***** crazy **** that can nearly fly lots of torque and plenty of rmps to get it flying good not to mention the high gearing it can pull. I am pretty sure the picco is simular to the wasp also

I would like to get an RB, but thats a little out of my price range. They are powerful and look cool in orange.

Gah all the low end stuff for Nitro Stadium trucks was always popular. Most guys used a 16 dollar pipe and rarely spent more than U.S. 150 on an engine (most of the time WITH a pullstart). But with 1/8 buggies, everyone always says to get that same 400 dollar engine and the pipes are all 100 bucks AARRG! I guess Buggy Drivers are just rich :):D.
