HYPER 7
 

Im looking at a couple HYPER 7 rolling chassis's one of which I might buyand I know there are alot of HYPER 7 experts in here.The first is the PBS RTR version comes with stock body, screw kit, servos (hs-645/94102), crime fighters(fairly new), dynamite linkage, springs sets(blue,purple,black), extra battery holders,pbs bolts, other small plastic parts,diffs rebuilts ( 3,5 ,1), shocks rebuilt 50/40. Looks well taken care of selling for 250.

The other is a HYPER 7 PRO includes PCR braces, cnc knuckles all around, new painted body, new ofna wheels/tires, all new plastic (rock guards,fuel guard, tank, radio box, battery holder, filter)..This has no servos though. Selling for 250 as well. Looks well maintained as well.

The pic on the left is the PBS version and the one on the right is the PRO(engine is being sold separately)..

Go for PRO, and thanksgod the engine doesn´t come along...

Yeah your right hadenough I think I might look for a new rolling chassis, sometimes they pop up on e*b*a*y. Or I might just wait til the spring and buy a new one..;)

You can find the H7 pro kits for under $350 here and there

You know if you think the car is in good shape, that pro kit is a decent deal.
Just the cnc knuckles/rear carriers are $100 (+-) hop up and it is hard to tell from the pic but it looks like it has the pcr front brace. But the other braces are the stock pro purple braces.

Something strange though, The pro kit comes with a carbon fiber diff brace and with black shock towers , but that car has the purple ones like the ones that comes with the rtr? either way it needs better shock towers, just makes ya think, what kit is it really? if you look at the engine mount it has the purple chassis plate with the silver mounts. It looks like the buggy has been built with parts from various kits.

Stuff like that is why I don't buy used from strangers

p.s. the tires on it are junk
