GS Storm Engine and Clutch Problem: Advice Please
 

I am having a lot of trouble with a GS Storm buggy. It starts fine and idles ok, but you have to open the throttle up all the way to get the thing to even roll. Does it need a tune, or is it just worn out? I checked out the driveshafts and diffs on the buggy; they were fine; I checked the shoes on the motor and they looked ok but I am having a serious problem.

If your clutch is working right you have a blown diff, or brakes in a bind.
