RE: what does MBX stand for?
MBX is one Ofna's suspension identifiers on certain models. The MBX models come with pivot ball suspension (PBS) which allows for more adjustability. Example, the Ultra Lx Comp and the Ultra MBX Comp or the 9.5 violator and the 9.5 mbx. Go to their website and look at these models. The Lx comp and the 9.5 Violator have a king pin type suspension. The MBX comp and the 9.5 mbx have
have PBS. From my experience, the MBX models have the better suspension. They come with stronger axles (8mm) and are adjustable. Hope this helps. |
RE: what does MBX stand for?
The LX Comp has 8mm axles as well.
Since Mugen also uses the MBX designation, I guess that it stands for something, but I don't know what. |

RE: what does MBX stand for?
Of course - I should have seen that myself. That explains why Ofna uses it as well:eek::eek:
