Carburetor Set
 

Hi today i drove my car and i rolled it, when it rolled it lander really hard and it snaped of the high speed needle value would i be able to weld it back on or not. Thanks

You won't be able to weld it but what you can do is take it to an auto parts store and ask for a little tool called an "easy out" they'll know what you are talking about. That little tool can get the rest of that needle out, or maybe they'll do it for you. Then you will have to order another needle.
