Does this affect my steering???
 

does how tight or loose the servo saver spring make a difference in steering? i find my steering wide in both my buggies, and noticed they both had loose servo saver springs,,, will screwing the spring (making them tighter) affect or make the steering better?? And im using a JR8611 in one and JR690 in the other, so the torque is there....

tightening the server saver spring will give the servos more grip when turning. if they are really loose the the servos will turn but it wont be able to turn the wheels as well. loose servo saver springs may add slop in your steering or give sluggish steering performance. on the other hand, if they are too tight the you can strip the servo gears if a hard jolt\impact forces the wheel to turn. so tightening the server saver "snug" is the best - it can really liven up your steering if the spring was really loose. although, usually if you loosen the servo saver spring all the way it still has enough "grip" to turn the wheels but may be slower yet can really be a life saver if you are driving in situations where something could be forcing the wheels to turn.
