They're both good, but the Hyper comes with a .21 engine and a starter box which tips it just above the jammin (which comes with a bigger block and pull start I believe, correct me if I am wrong...) in my opinion.

If you can afford it, then get the Jammin kit and choose an engine and radio that suits you instead of dealing with what comes with a rtr.

You also should consider that the Jammin is a new kit, whereas the H7 has been on the market for a long time. The H7 is a very good kit, but the Jammin looks just great in my eyes.

i dont want to spend a fortune right off. I have a m8 that i would use for the car. I just dont want to spend alot right off and then the 1/8 class die down at our track. I would also like to have a buggy(rtr) that is easily upgradable with time and also plenty aftermerket parts. What is the difference in the pbs edition vs the prs?

Do you mean PCR vs PBS? The PCR has lay down servos, lowering the center of gravity...

Yes..........and..........no, if you do a search you can find the last time we discussed this subject, but to cut a long story short.... The laydown servo lowers approx 1.17g, approx 1.3mm in the chassis, or something like that, basically having absolutely no meaningful effect on the handling whatsoever, that is not the real advantage of the laydown configuration. I am told that you get slightly more steering throw from the laydown version, but haven't seen them both together to know for sure. The disadvantage is that they (the laydowns) are a ***** to work on, and even the throttle servo configuration is slightly different. I looked at the evidence and decided on the PBS myself, as I tend to screw around with my steering settings frequently, and didn't want to waste time with difficult servo mountings. I have also heard of a couple of people who took the PCR and now wish they had the PBS...[:-]

I didn't say they greatly improved the handling... I just stated they will lower the center of gravity slightly!

? I didn't say you did, I was just providing a little extra info...maybe I shouldn't have put 'yes....and...no', cos it does lower the cg, as you said.... Sorry for the confusion...
