Hyper 7 Conversion
Has anybody done the truggy conversion for the Hyper 7? If so, how well has it done on the track? I was interested in converting mine if it has had good results.
Thanks |

RE: Hyper 7 Conversion
Hey Mike. Having surgery on Wednesday.....should be fun!! [&:] I saw the Pro-Line hub adapters. That would seem to be the easiest route. Wouldn't you have to change the gearing to adapt for the tire size though? JT Racing is coming out with a conversion and there is somebody on Ebay selling conversion kits for the Hyper but I have not heard of anybody actually making the change.
I went by Stampy's yesterday. He said everybody was buying up the 777's. Looks like I am outdated in the buggy division already. Thinking about making the switch to unlimited. Spread the word.......race in Amherst on Sunday, Sept 11th!!!! I will get Stampy some fliers a little later. When are you guys racing in C'ville again? I might limp up there and watch. |
RE: Hyper 7 Conversion
The kits have shock towers and body mounts for truck bodies, different gearing and such. Its about $150.
