Smart Diff

I am thinking to make universal diff ,with little servo or switch to switch from locking to open and from open to locking.
I cant find such rc diff , maybe you can help?

The closest you can get to a smart diff is lsd or thorsen.
I doubt the cost/performance ratio will be interesting...But good luck, i'm looking forward to seeing what you come up with:D

Sounds like the Kyosho TCD diff is what you're looking for.
