The higher the car rids, the higher the center of gravity is, thus making it easier to flip. Also, depending on what tires you use they may provide to much side bight and flip your car easy.

I have an Ofna 9.5 Violator, the stock X = tires on it have ALOT of bite on grass and I can see where a higher center of gravity might cause issues on some buggies, my violator is wide and kinda low so I dont have a high center of gravity issue to deal with, maybe a sway bar kit will help you out some if you don't have one installed.

My advice is, try one thing at a time to see how the buggy will react, you never know, that one thing you try you may like how it works, but sucks for someone elses driving styles and if you do multiple things at once you won't know which one had the effect.

Roboman is right on with his info. If you change more than one thing at a time, you never really know which change made what difference.

That said, grass makes way more traction than dirt, ( most times ), and you get way more side bite than on dirt. Lower the car as low as you can go without excessively bottoming out the chassis. Low CoG is conducive to better handling. Stiffer springs will reduce traction ( generally ).

The first, and most important thing is tires. There is only 4 contact patches for your car to the ground. The TIRES! Tires can make or break a set up. You got to have the right tires for the surface. Put the Mayhem tires on the Ofna car, and see what happens.
