RE: Namadio React
It's called Nomadio React.
I've heard that many people like it, and I like the fact that you can moniter temps and voltage at a glance. The only downside is that it doesn't have a backlight, but I've seen people install their own quite easily |
RE: Namadio React
I've been running the sensor (reacts sibling, little or big???) for awhile now, and I have to say it is an extremely nice radio and there is only one drawback for me and it drives me crazy, and that would be the size of the recievers (transceiver as nomadio calls them) being so big. As far as their claims to being the "fastest radio system", they are the fastest. But will you notice any speed difference between that and a spektrum based radio? Probably not, I dont and never have. But the features of the radio and its capability as far as being upgradable via PC are hard to beat, no spektrum systems have that capability yet. As far as the temp and speed sensors, I dont even run them anymore, I tried the speed sensor once and it was torn off within 1 run. The temp sensor is a good thing, but I am a neat freak and couldnt take the probe being routed along my chassis so that got yanked also.
The one thing I would tell you to consider before buying either is to go find a shop that has them in stock and see how they feel in your hands as the M11 is going to be probably twice the weight of the react or sensor if not more, that does make a difference. |
RE: Namadio React
yeah I am also using the nomadio sensor and I have to say I agree with all of claudacio's comments. Its a mighty fine radio and its features I think far out strip anything else on the market. The fact that its constantly upgradable via PC is awesome. Since I have bought mine they have already added a few features that were not available of of the box. That feature alone is a huge winner in my eyes. Its also amzingly light and really well balanced in the hand. On of the other things I like is that it only requires 4 AAs instead of the regular 8 AAs. That too is a money saver.

RE: Namadio React
Not to mention it runs longer on 4 AA's than most of the radios that run 8 batteries I've had.
