Hi guys I have a problem i think?? well in the picture as you can see when the buggy is of the floor when you turn the wheels the inside of the wheel rubbs on the rear upper arm rod/joint.
Is that meant to happen or not thx JK
Sorry for the bad quality pics lol

Hi Jamie,

There normally quite a tight fit however if its causing you a big problem you could try other wheels. I run a Jammin X1
and the medial pro wheels are too tight it wears the steering ball ends so try other wheels if you can.

Regards
Nick

You need to adjust the droop level, thats what I have to do with my Pro-Line wheels. I got a dremel a couple months ago and I used the sanding drum to take off some of the material on the upper rod, so I'm able to run full droop now.

Yea i have slightly dremeld the inside part of the wheel because the a ray starburst wheels are fairly thick but im selling them anyway now, investing in another dish set + there thinner and don't rub.

JamieKerr, it is exactly what NIK was refering to. Your droop angle is off. There should be some screws (usually on the lower a-arm) that adjust the droop, what is happening is the suspension is allowed to extend to far, the top a-arm hits the inside of the wheel.

Are you running the stock rear up rights that have the bushing in them that get a bunch of play in them quickly? How is your wheel bearing? Just a couple of suggestions.

I was actually the first to recommend the droop reduction, but whatever.

What position is the inner part of the arm mounted at. If high on the shock tower that could cause your problem. If mounted high is there a reason that you need to run the roll center that low? Removing droop helps on smooth tracks, but when things get real bumpy and pot holed you may need all you can get.
