pullstart doesen't pull

can any 1 help me i was tuning my engine and when i went to start it back up it wouldent pull. it is ticht and i dont want to pull it 2 hard. can any 1 help me. thanks

Remove the glow plug and drain the fuel. Pretty good chance it's hydro-locked.
