glow plug problem

i put in a brand new glow plug this morning because i had to tune my car (i haveent ran it in 2 weeks). it was going fine until my glow plug woudent work. i put a new 1 in after that and with in 30 min it was dead. it looks like it is alittle shriviled can u guys help me out
