RE: 8ight diff. oil???
it depends on how you driver, what your driving on and how you like it to feel while driving. right now my eight is set up 5/2/3(f/m/r). losi stock set up is 7/5/2(i think)

5/7/2 is a good starting point.

RE: 8ight diff. oil???
5/7/2 is a good starting point, but if you want more steering(like me) try 5/5/2. Lots of on power steering, and plenty of corner speed. I made that suggestion to a fellow 8ight racer... we both love it! ;)

RE: 8ight diff. oil???
My personal preferance is 7/10/3.

RE: 8ight diff. oil???
It has a lot to do with the surface you are driving on. I run a Jammin X1 on packed clay tracks. I have been running 5F-7C-3R. The thicker or heavier weight the oil the more unified the axles will turn.

RE: 8ight diff. oil???
I should have messed with that this last weekend. I had a helluva time coming onto the straightaway under full power without coming dangerously close to clipping the pit ramp |
