i hav an ofna 9.5. the brakes start to fade fade really fast, bout 3/4, the way through a tank. thats y i dont race for the time being. im not sure if theres a definate upgrade for the 9.5 or if i can custom fit the hyper 7 or 8 or 9's brakes the work. below is an old pic. the only thing different is theres a new engine. so thoughts will help. o and the brakes that r in now aren't that old.

RE: brake help

Without starting the engine turn the power on the tx and rx then try to roll the buggy. It will probably not roll because of brakes, so adjust the brakes so that at neutral and at full throttle you are able to roll the buggy. You will probably have to replace the clutch shoes also.

If you are running stock servo that is the first thing I would replace.

how about checking the linkage to see if it need's adjustment? or maybe the rotor's are glazed? maybe the pad's are worn? maybe the caliper's need to be re-adjusted?

TBH i don't know what the problem is but i really think you should buy a $200 hi torque servo first
