Needing a motor
 
Hello I have an OFNA buggy but I am unsure of what model it is, i am looking for a faster motor to put in it, any suggestions would be great! Heres the buggy pics

Man I cannot find out the model of this buggy anywhere! Also would a Picco .32 motor give me the speed i am looking for? Will if fit a 1/8 scale buggy?

A .21 will be waay faster than a .32, the .32's are all torque, meaning bottem end , plus fuel hogs. .21's have more of a linear powerband and more top end, as far a engine choice, youre going to get a hundred different opinions for an engine, just choose the one you like best based on some research.

yes a picco21 would be a great choice, 21 basic ok,21 p3r better and p7r the best.

Pretty much anything Picco, Jammin, or Novarossi will be a great engine. There's more out there too, but those are just the first ones that always pop into my head.

If that's an OFNA LX, then the pic is a mirror image....at least compared to mine.

I realize that you're not on a budget, but when my Force 26 gave up the ghost, I put in a used Nitrostar 25 (from a Savage). This engine works great....at least as good, if not better, than the Force 28, which I quite like (for a budget engine). Only thing I don't like about the Nitrostar 25 is the plastic body carb, but they should still be easy to find, and cheap.
