throttle return problem for hyper 7

I was loking at my hyper 7 black last night and realized that when i pull full throttle and let go the carb closes about 90% of the way and then very slowly closes the other 10 I was wondering what would cause the carb not to go completly back to idol postition when letting go of the throttle. also what weight oil is stock for 14 mm shocks

One fix is the spring that jetlag_180 said, but first, check your radio's throttle neutral position. Also, beware of the spring that is installed on the rod that connects the servo with the carb.

I had the same issue with mine from the time the Hyper .21 was brand new... Throttle spring solves that issue.
