Default New boat plans

Hey
After im done with finals, Im gonna begin my other project inspired by Mr. Cajon and his dual boat.
Its gonna be a twin O.S. 46 FX puller turning 11X5 APC props. The aprox weight will be eight to ten pounds. It will be roughly 36 to 40 inches long, 18 to 24 in wide and 2 1/2 inches deep. I hope that this will be my only twin, since its coming up pricey$ and its going to be a climber for hills. Its gonna be called "Suga and Spice"
Anywho, give me two to three weeks and she'll be screaming.

Default RE: New boat plans

Ryan ...
With twins , both running 11 inch blades ... you will need the hull to be at least 22 inches wide so the props do NOT pick up water on the over hang ( if smaller in width than the two props )
"tis always better to go a smaller prop with a LARGER pitch ( or more blades ) for airboats .
