Default Air v's tunnel

Have modded the Airforce to compete with the tunnel in speed.

Thanks for the comments. I have older vids of the Airforce competing against Kyoshos at:
http://landmax.bigpondhosting.com/links.htm

I will try to leave my computer on all weekend so you can take a look. Maybe save them, rather than trying to view, as some are
pretty big, 10mb.

The yellow tunnel was only started on thursday 12th May, yesterday. It had been sitting on a mates shelf for 8 years. The OS started up third spin.
I will have vids of the .21 tunnel v's the .50 Swamp soon, about a month, hang in there. I have to do weekend work for a bit.
Putting the .50 on the Airforce required me confiscating my mates trim tabs from one of his Kyosho boats, ha ha. It's got a macs pipe,
and I am going to test run it with one of those high flow K&N air filters. Pipe is held on with the good old dave brown pipe mount and
a thin sheet of stainless running to the deck. She sucks 20% nitro, swinging an 11x5 and performs well. I would imagine, on paper and so far, the swamp will keep up with the tunnel in the straight and SUFFER in the cornering dept, badly. Mate will only run his tunnel in the fresh, so vids will be awhile.
Regards
Peter

Great looking boat. You say your running 20% with the engine, im running 30% with my 46fx. It kicks ash, and I just got a 11X6 four blader and woo hoo, it screams.

10X8 - Why the air cleaner ? If it is water only, I would do away with it - That looks fast !

rpage83 - 30% eh, sounds good, might have to try it. Have you had any probs running 30% It's just because my manual says 5-20%

dadkins - I havn't ran the boat with the air cleaner on yet, it's just that it looks so flashy and silver.

Thanks for the comments.

I had a look at your sea trials , Thanks. Your boat runs well in bumpy water.
I hope to post video of my own boat, when I work out how to do it.

Thanks lindsay65. Thats about as rough as I would go. Thats Botany Bay. Hey, a simple way to get vids on the net and not rely on anyone is to purchase one of these linksys NSLU2's. They are a network attached storage device. Cheap and easy. If you want more info, shoot us an email.
I am not happy, stuck at work all weekend and next week, grr, no boatin'. [&o]
