Ok , I tried searching and found nothing .
Those of you that know Roy ( from Iowa - bad luck Roy ) from last years meet ( down in MO ) might know he is dyslexic and has a hard time getting on the forums , so he keeps asking me about the meet that was down in Mo last year and wants to know if there are any plans for another this year , and if so , is there any ideas as to when it will take place ?
( he's worse than a little kid arond Christmas time ... LOL )
So , I told him I would post this and inquire .

I'm in planning stages for the 08 spring meet in April

i believe its 25-26-27 thats Fri , Sat & Sun

Yes i'm hosting airboat races in April 2008 they will be on the 25-26-27 thats Fri , Sat & Sun

Everyone is welcome to come & run boats for the weekend

Just a reminder there will be driver drawings & trophys given out [8D]
Last year we had over $200 in prizes & trophys handed out &
that was on the coldest weekend in April but we all had fun

So plan on coming on down & lets have a great time

Last years Mo.'s race was cold, but did not slow down the good time and racing. Kevin hosted one hell of a race. the locals are very friendly and they will help you with every thing that they can. Kevin had lots of prizes and tropheys, have mine on display, and show them off every chance I get. With a good central location, friendly folks and fantastic RC Airboat racing, what else could you ask for.

At this time i know of two from the Mudmasher Race Team will be there. We will take Old Yeller out of retirement for this Race so he can defend his title. It will be good to see ever one there.

Thanks Kevin for hosting this race.
I did get to set 2 new records. Could not get the hydro as fast as I had going down here, but did get it up to 49.9mph, which was good enough for a stock .46 nitro hydro water rudder. The other record was the gasser flat bottom at 34mph with a 27cc engine, this made me really happy to see, from a 23lbs boat.
Oh yeah, i also took home a few trophies for the shelf.
Had a blast. Hope to see You guys at the next race.

13lbs makes a lot of difference. The engine is right out of the box no special work done to it. RPM's some where around 11,000 with a 14 x 7 pusher prop. Burning plan ole pump gas, regular unleaded.
Nope can't give no more details than that here, LOL.
