Default Airboat in Fiberglass -My third airboat

Hello ,
Sorry for my English.
I’m working on a new construction of my third airboat.
As I had done two models airboat with plates of fiberglass, the first plan of manufacture according to the hydro-spark.
The second reference used in the first, but changed the half-tunnel, now I am building a new aerobarco based plans tedjones, U7 and thirfwaytoo ...
The way I started to do the same, is a little different than normal.
I started the project, making plates of fiberglass, and then cut, only the ferry bulkhead.
I think it is a work of low cost, but it must have paciencia.
The projects cited above, tried to find a way between the three plans (tedjones, U7 and thirfwaytoo) trying to reconcile the scale and dimensions qem keep looking model that could use a motor .40
In my new project, this hydro should have the following dimensions
Length = 30 "
Width = 15 largest "
Width = 8.5 lesser "

If I understood correctly, you made sheets of fiberglass, then cut and built the hull from the cut out parts? Looks good.

Yes ..... it is that.

You have to be very patient to the boats.
The yellow and orange "spark" has been done with cards, fiber and balsa only in bulkhead,the green has been done all of fiber, including bulkhead..

it looks very good. That is a nice fiberglassing job.

By the way, You dont have to apologize for bad english. Everyone does and i dont get why. Most americans dont even attempt to speak another language. So i give you lots of credit for trying

I am taking spanish classes now. I am doing muy mal.

jesupslanding,
I do the leaves of fiber on sheets of aluminum with application of automotive wax to facilitate the withdrawal of sheets of fiber. (See of sixth to eighth photo)

Yes, to the extent that you will mounting and the pieces together you place a layer of fiber and resin, beginning to be robust and tough.

I think you can use thin without any problems, since you encere the surface before applying the resin with glass fiber, can also use glass

Manufacturing support of the engine.

Based on the size you want in height or size of the propeller, design and cut two pieces of sheet aluminum (left and right), because in aerobarco, we do not have these types of measures, unless the media challenges and start work .
