looking good. 3/64" is to thin for a rudder, better with 1/8 or 3/16 then tapering to a knife edge.
What you have in mind for the hydro in the background?

I have nothing in mind, just tried to copy with the greatest fidelity, looking at photos the original hovercraft.
At the time I ride my .40, but I want to put a .61 engine, you have any suggestions?

It is logical that any motor boat you can adjust cg, even for the angle of the rudder in the water, but what I want it is to know which cg of the original, and if possible to adjust optimum possible in the group of benches.

The support for transport could not be forgotten.
The same it was made with plywood of 10mm and pipe of pvc 1".
What it would be missing?

I still had not time to put my airboat in the water.
I used the hint Mr Cajun Gator, put in order a bar from aluminium of 3/16 of thicknessX 1", and did a new rudder tuning to tip type knife.
