Anarchy Airboat morning run (pics)
Been a while since I've had a chance to take out my airboat. Been busy working on the house (oh joy). Met Dennis at the local pond this morning. Already getting hot outside at 9AM. 91 degrees outside now.

It'll run between 10-15 minutes per battery (25c 3s lipo $14), depending on how hard it's run.

Having fun ah?
I have been so busy that I had to put a stop on finishing some of the designs, I'm starting again this week , I'm finishing a new design that will be used on the gas version and a newer brushless version.
Did Dennis built his Anarchy yet?

No Carlos, mine is not done yet. It had to be put on the back burner for now. I should have it done within the next two weeks. Too many irons in the fire and my family has needed a lot of my time lately and we know what comes first. Dennis

Carlos, Dennis, Toys:
Carlos, I figured you were busy and evrytime I see those vids, I am amazed.......waiting on your medium sized hull for my electric setup.
Dennis, I figured you were also busy and I am waiting on your oversized AT hull for my nitro airboat setup.....have already started buying parts for that mod; I have an engine, radioand mounts.....just need a cage, rudders, radio box and cables.
Life aint all about hobbies and I have gotten busy as well, with the job and family issues. So I fully understand the delays.....these are our TOYS.........
And Toys, lets see more vids of ALL your toys!!!!pic are cool, butvids are way better.......if you can of course......

Might get some vids tomorrow morning. Meeting Dennis & Lester at our local pond. I pieced my Alligator Tours back together a little while ago. The little plastic tabs that hold the radio box together broke off. Made a new bracket from aluminum. Had to replace one of the servos as well. The stock ones didn't like water for some reason! The upside is a stock Futaba servo replaced the Tactic brand hardware with no issues. Servo horn had the right number of teeth, the screw holes lined up, and the connector plugged right into the receiver. Works fine. I think the Futaba servo also has a faster response time... which means I can flip it more effectively. [X(]

With my Airforce, water gets in the radio area if I run it in choppy water. The canopy is sealed, but it aint good enough. After frying three srevos on two boats( two on one, and one on the other) I bought the water proof one's from Traxxas. They aint cheap; abut $35 a piece, butthey get wet all the timeand I have not had any problems. I boughta pairfor both boats. Yes I need to find a better way to seal the canopy, cause Aquacraft did a fair to poorjob. But if I run it onthem on a calm lake or pond, water inside my boat isnot as much and in some cases nonexsistant.
We ran all the boats on Memorial Day weekend, and now my cousin is a liljealous of me cause he can'trun his AT as fast asI can run my Airforce.Sowe swapped boats and I managed not to flip it. It is a challange to run it as youhave to be very carefull if gunning it and then turning. Now he wants one like mine or a Miss Vegas Duece.....go figure.

I replaced the plastic tab on the box with a piece of angled aluminum. Now use a nut -n- bolt, rather than a screw into plastic. I managed to get 4 runs today. Stuffed it hard enough to kill the motor once. The other 3 times were high speed flips. Stayed upside down until I used my rescue boat to retrieve the Alligator Tours. At the end of the day, opened the box, no water. I do use a little silicone grease on the foam seal, which also should improve the results. At least that issue is now solved.

Today I took it to the frozen pond....I was so scared that I only had it max at less than 1/2 throttle.

I have done a small review on the boat also. here is my video and review.
