Driver/pilot figure

I'm getting absolutely nowhere in my search for a poseable figure which will look right as the seated driver/pilot of my 16" airboat (7" or 8" prop) without me needing to do a whole heap of surgery on him/her. Any ideas please guys?

What about the full body airplane pilots.They should come in various scale.
