lrp speed control problems and spped issue
 

hi i have been working o n a boat and was changing my speed control to a lrp waterproof and now nothing works but the servo i don't get . its a pusher boat but it has a puller prop sohobby people told me to switch the hot and cold wires on the motor so i did. when i plug in the battery it turns on . i also connected my compacitors the instruction weren't very clear but the people at my hobby store told me how so i did.can you guys help me

now me speed issue is it needs to go faster but i don't know if i should get a bigger motor or gearing system?
