im am completly new to boats and i was wondering if i could make this kit without buying it like getting the plans somewhere online and getting my own wood and cutting it or if thats not possible could i make many boats with the plans that come with the kit by tracing the parts?

You have to sign up and join their forum and be a member in order to download their "Free files".
Might not be a bad thing.
Personally I like tugboats, and have found plenty of free plans that I have downloaded. Enough to keep me busy for decades. All with out signing up for anything.
Either way, you're bound to have fun.

Another option would be to order plans from http:/www.newtonmarine.com
With that set of plans, you get the framing needed on one sheet, how it goes together on a second and a full size paint layout sheet on the third. Here's what I came up with from the Newton site:

I have a extra set of plans for dumas atlasvan lines u-1 kit#1314[1976 hydroplane] for sale I bought off e-bay but was no different than plans i have.paid $7.00 plus shipping $3.00

i dont really like the look of that hydroplane, i really like the miss vegas look and the circus look and i like that the circus is a 1/8 scale boat

You could, the problem would be getting cowls for them. The Dumas kit uses a narrower engine bay than the Newton plans or any of the other kits or hulls you can buy. This means that either you will need to use the original for a plug and make a mold allowing you to make your own cowls or order a bunch of them and hope Dumas delivers
