Pacer Z Poxy 30 min works good and comes in small quanity bottles so you don't have much wasted to go bad if you only build occasionaly.

West System with various fillers and/or hardeners depending on what I want to accomplish.
Use it for everything from laying cloth to bonding to sealing bare wood.
One resin (105) works with the various types of hardener, the only one I don't use is the 209 extra slow hardener.
I don't use the pumps, I mix the small amounts I generally use by weight in those little plastic medicine cups.
Personally the only time I've ever had epoxy go bad is the lepages 5 minute syringes I keep in the field repair box. They seem to crystalize pretty quick. Also pretty lousy epoxy to be honest! Never seems to lose that rubbery feel and is not completely waterproof.
