Default Long ranged RC boat for fishing

I am a complete amateur in RC. I'm looking for a light, little and relatively cheap RC boat with 250 m + range, but it is difficult to find something like that when browsing the web. Any suggestions? I will use this boat to fish on places with few power sources, so it has to run silently and use as little power as possible. Is a better solution to buy an amplifier of some sort?

Better check with your local laws to see if using a boat to fish is allowed, before investing money into one. There are boat transmitters that reach that range with no problem, but at 250m you probably wouldn't be able to see the boat.I run larger gas powered boats 48" to 60" and sometimes if I let them get out too far, the only way I can tell where they are is by seeing the roostertail.Another thing to consider ,if a large fish takes your bait, your little light boat is a gonner.
I've caught little pan fish between 4" and 7" that I thought I had a bigger fish on.Those little guys are scrappers, when it comes to putting up a fight.
