Default What to buy for new boat?

I am a beginner to RC and i have some questions about RC speed boats. i am planning on buying a boat from hobbyking its the smash shark fiberglass offshore and it requires a servo, esc and batteries but i want to upgrade the motor it comes with a 3660 sized motor with 2070kv and i was wandering what a good upgrade would be i was thinking about a turnigy 3650 sized with 3500kv would that still fit also is there a big difference between 3180kv and 3500kv motor.then if i was to buy the 3500kv motor what amp esc should i buy and along with that how many cells can i run with this setup.with the servo should i buy a nice servo or can i just buy a cheap servo and last what propeler should i buy and were should i buy it.

Servo 9.45Kg torque will handle any rudder or outboard.
ECS 120A 2S-6S (reverse is nice to remove weeds ).
Battery the 3660SL-2070KV runs 3-4S batteries(3S =22977rpm)(4S=30636rpm)
Props the smash shark runs a 38mm prop(pitch 1.4??), order a few plastic props around that size and larger to test on the boat.
Once happy with the size prop order alloy prop that size(savings money).
Battery minimum 5800mah with a high C rating (60C) the motor requires a lot of capacity .
So going from 3S(11.1volt)battery to 4S(14.8volt) will give you 8000rpm plus.
Other motor 3660SL-3180kv same ESC but motor run on 3S(11.1volts 35298rpm), 4S(14.8volts)47064rpm, 5S (18.5volts)58830rpm.
So picking the right ECS, battery and motor is research(Hobbyking lots of motors and you can get a water jacket for all 36mm motors).
