Question Any Suggestions On How to Sell My Kyosho Jet Stream 800 RC Boat?

I have a Kyosho Jet Stream 800 RC Boat w/ Remote Control/Stand/Accessories that I want to sell because it has been collecting more dust than water spray... The Boat measures 33" long x 8" wide x 5" high and shows some light wear but I have no idea how to "ship it" without it getting damaged and my local craigs list ad isn't generating any interest

Thank you for your response. I will do that as soon as I figure out the best way to ship it

First, find a box that is big enough for all items. Get enough packing material to fill in the void: Crumpled newspapers, foam peanuts, bubble wrap, et.. Shipping via USPS will most likely will be cheapest. UPS or FedEx can be used. I've seen very large items being shipped via Greyhound. I doubt your boat is that big. When packing, make sure it's all tight and can't move around. Leave a couple of inches between box sides and boat. All should be good. Insure it when shipping if you think it'll get damaged. It covers you and the buyer. They get a refund, you get insurance $$..
