Default Help needed

I recently picked up a proboat blackjack 24
the motor has been swapped to a traxxis motor
And seems fairly hot.
Now here is where i need some help.....
I cant run full throt, it tends to bounce a bit to the point of jumping. 2nd . when going from mid to full
Throt, it wants to torque to the right. note: 3c lipo
Is on the left.
Seems no matter what i do it wont correct.
Not sure of exact size, but the prop is just over
1.5 " could this be causing my torque issue ???
Thanx for any n all help

We really need details to give you meaningful help:
- The prop is appropriate for a 24” cat if indeed it is a 40 mm prop, bigger could contribute to torque roll.. “Just over” tells us nothing useful.
- What “Traxxis motor”? They offer a number of motors, is it brushed or brushless? What size. What Kv? It could be too powerful for this hull.
- Where is the centerline of the prop in relation to the bottom of the sponsons?
- With the boat flat on a table, is the strut parallel with the tabletop? If not is the prop end up or down?
- Where is the CG of the boat ready to set in the water?

What RPM said.
An over-powered hull exhibits most of the symptoms described.
It helps to remember scale. A 24" model of a 24 foot boat will have its sailing conditions scaled up by a factor of 12. The full size boat wil just scoot over a 2 or 3 inch dapple on the water. The model is ploughing through 2-3 foot waves. Just using 1:12 as a convenient number for illustrating the principle.

OK, you have a "hot" motor which you can't run at full throttle because of bad handling, however you are wondering why it torques at full throttle.
Simple solution #1: Keep the throttle down.
Simple solution #2: Run on 2c lipo.
Simple solution #3: Install the correct motor.
