Here's one, though not in your desired color. I normally don't recommend Ebay but, since Aquacraft is no longer and the boat isn't produced, you're limited in options.

After looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like it's a bad deal, except for one thing. The metal prop the seller has included is what is referred to as a RAW PROP. The problem here is that a raw prop hasn't been sharpened or balanced, something that has to be done before using it. There are sources to get ready to go props, one I have gone to more than once.

Check Facebook Marketplace, or you can ask around in one of the many rc boat groups on Facebook, some of which have over 15k members. I got a mint SV27 for $150 shipped and the seller even threw in a new flycolor esc. Also scored a very nice Revolt 30 by posting 'want to buy Revolt 30' in some of the groups. Good luck getting every color! That's awesome. You know they released an SV27 'R' after the original? You might have to get those, too lol ..I think those are even harder to find!

I have just cleaned up two of them for new builds. Very nice looking boats!
