Hi
I just built a flat bottom boat and it porpisises really bad that i can't even keep it going at full speed before it starts taking in water. It has a inboard motor drive too. Are there any ways that i can stop or reduce this.

I tried trim tabs and they worked good except they slowed the boat down a bit. The hull does have some rocker in it but it's kinda a lot of work to fix that so i'll probably leave it. Btw what is strut?

The boat is only 15 inches long and 8 wide. The motor is out of an old rc car so i have no clue what kind it is. I got the prop at the lhs and all i know is that it's black and has a 4mm thread. The motor is about 40% from the transom, I wouldn't know why that would matter. This boat was not built from a plan i just copied a full size boat that we have.
