LOL just being goofy. Was actually thinking about getting a boat to cruise the lake from my real boat this summer while we anchor off sylvan beach to party party party. Obviously i would drive the boat around before i party party party as that would be the wisest decision. I want a big Deep V Haul Boat that really hauls some serious ace. Like at least 55 mph. Shock wave? what would be some ideas here!

Insane mono, AC Boats "Laser", American RC's Ripper, you want somthing no more than 48 inches long, if you want it fast... get a zenoah 260, fully mod it, get the right prop... 1500 later, youll have a boat )

How about a 56 aeromarine apache, with a highly modded rc230 marine motor, complete and ready to go. Tell me what color of paint or combo and I have the stuff to build you one.

It's not cool to run boats around full-sized boats or swimmers, out-of-control once and things could get serious!
A Shockwave doing 55? I don't think so! 25-30 maybe, they really aren't very fast. For 55 MPH speeds get ready to drop some serious cash.

Im not worried about the cash that is why i went to college for 6 years so i could buy whatever i want. i was a deprived child Now i spoil myself and my family with basically whatever thay want. I want the boat to be fast so it can keep up with my real boat which does about 66 mph with 4 people on it. I would not drive it around awimmers as that would be a possible tradgedy waiting to happen. I will most likely anchor off in the middle of the lake and have some fun or chase my boat down with it while someone else is driving. I'm on the lake almost every day in the summer. Here is something off the wall for you which is true beleive what you want though. With my FuryExtreme 3D >91 heli i actually caught a bass trolling the outside of the weed beds with a crayfish and fishing line attatched to my skids. The heli pulled it right out of the water and into my boat LMAO swear to god. Can't wait for summer to try and get a walleye out of the channell with it. Will post a video for sure. So come spring be watching for it.

Well, young man I went to school for 7+years Masters, Dr. ed and don't feel buying my family everything they wanted was good for them or me!! Anyway, there are 72 inch boats out there and twin quickdraw motors that will probably fit the bill but the liability of driving something like that on a lake anywhere out of a boat is not something I would want to be associated with. Lawyers love to trace their cases back to the deepest pocket and the guy that builds it would be part of that process.
Good luck on your "fishing" this spring, please be careful with the helo on the water too. Man that scares me.

Regards Curt

That,s funny but true. I know this because my wife owns A&F Law Firm in Syracuse NY. She is a criminal defense lawyer though. I am a pharmacist with my Doctrate from Albany College of Pharmacy. I don't exactly buy them anything But i do love to see them really appreciate the things they recieve and hte love we all have. Family is great isn't it. Also I have 38' Top Gun Ciggarette that has plenty of room to move about . Trust me. I am also a experienced heli pilot for years. I think I will be just fine in the middle of the lake with my brothers. I heard i should keep the boat around 48 inches rather than bigger. Bigger would require much larger engine am i correct?

I want it to be able to keep up with my fishing boat that will do around 60 to 66 with 4 people and perfect lake conditions. No chance to match the speed of my Wife's Top Gun Cigarette and she just informed me that nothing but beer, food, and humans are going in that boat LMAO. Ok fishing boat is is big enough to. So seriously here, what would be a extremely fast setup that is not over 48 inches. I even have a spot to store the whole setup on the boat and charge it from my onboard electronics with a few minor modifications !
