That's going to be a problem I'm afraid, the Graupner Phantom is an Asian built ready to run shallow Vee, I doubt if there are plans available.
If you like, I'll contact Graupner and ask them.
Just let me know.
On the other hand, it's not that difficult to draw something similar yourself and build it.

I wonder, what you want with plans of this particular boat?
Do you want to scale it up?
No doubt there are plans to be found that can be altered to match the appeareance of the Phantom.
