The boat I'm working on has an ABS plastic hull. Around the edge (just above water-line) where the 2 pieces are glued together runs a strip of flexible (pvc?) moulding that is glued in place. It needs replacing, but I cannot find this material anywhere.
If anyone has any sources I'd be grateful.
It's an older boat, apparently made by a company called "Mirahamm".

Thanks Ron. I thought of car door moulding also. The stuff I saw at Autozone was very rigid, even though it came in roll. It looked like it would be tough to work with. The moulding currently on the boat is very soft and pliable.
I don't see it on the WH site anywhere, I'll try emailing them.
Thanks again.

There's a way around that.
Depending on how good you have acces to the interior you have, glue strips of ABS, about half an inch wide over the joint, usung special ABS glue, that welds the material together.
Having done that, you can sand away the ugly joint, that always gives an ABS hull away, and have a nicer looking boat.
Regards, Jan.
