Default Hull testing programm?!

Hello evrybody,
I want to build a trimaran (is the the right word in english? you know, the sailingboats with three hulls ), but i want to build the hulls as dynamic as possible to get a good speed but also a good balance of all the other attributes. So i'm looking for a programm where i can test these attributes of a 3d modeled hull. After testing and adjusting the 3d model on the pc, i will build the real hull.
It could also be for real ships, not special for rc-ships. I couldn't find anything with google, but maybe somebody here knows a program like this?

try maxsurf....I think they have a "free" academic version if you are a STUDENT (3layer)

if you are looking for a velocity prediction soft...thats an other story.

PS: I have some non-3d drawings for a tri...if you are intersted, mail me
