Default snozzler II

I found this cool product on warehouse hobbies, its called the snozzler II. I think its designed to close up when over turned to prevent water from getting inside the the engine. Does any one have any experience with this product.

Heres the link: http://www.whobbies.com/index1.html (second one down)

Actually , it is just a carb cover that prevents water from getting into the engine thru the carb . As used on hulls like the rigger , where the carb is sticking out and apt to suck in water from either another boats rooster , or from waves , or , whatever .
Will not prevent water from getting in carb if boat flips .
