Default Graupner Propellers - Metallical (chromium - cobalt)!!!

Hi Friends!

Look a photo, today I have produced new Propellers!
Graupner - 63mm!!!
Left-hand rotation and right-hand rotation,

Tomorrow will be off-the shelf maiden Propellers:
Graupner Hydro - Propellers 51mm, Right-hand rotation (Hole- 4,76mm 3/16" ) (stainless steel)
Graupner Hydro - Propellers 51mm, Left-hand rotation (Hole- 4,76mm 3/16") (stainless steel)
Graupner Hydro - Propellers 57mm, Right-hand rotation (Hole- 4,76mm 3/16") (stainless steel)
Graupner Hydro - Propellers 57mm, Left-hand rotation (Hole- 4,76mm 3/16") (stainless steel)

Very cool Alex. Did you copy the graupner props?
What process did you use?

Yes he did, he's not too forthcoming about the process, but the props are RTR and reasonably priced (63mm about 45-50 Euros).

I am waiting for the bigger props to come available(april/may) for my Homelite powered Deep Vee.

Dear Steven,

I shall say to you honestly.... It is composite process....
Here to not do without the help CNC![] - (for scanning, and manufacturing of a matrix).
And then, the induction furnace is necessary! (temperature of metal - 1500 grades!)[:-][:-][:-]
And in the concluding - handling and polishing.....

That's all....

My small corporation is engaged in manufacturing propellers from a stainless steel,
I put aside money also other parts....
Mine Propellers cnjzn MAX- 25 euro (RTR).....
