Default West German boat engine?

Hello all I have a small nitro boat with a West German engine who may have made the engine? Thanks tailspinner

Tailspinner here . Sorry I don,t have a digital camera to get a picture for you. I think I would have to pull the engine from the boat and pull the header to see if there is a name on that side of the engine. The side I can see is where it says it is made in West Germany. I really don't want to go to that much work. Thanks to everyone for your replies. If I get a camera sometime perhaps I will ask again. Tailspinner

Tailspinner, before you go through all the trouble run to the drugstore and get yourself a small dental mirror, the mirror is a little smaller than a quarter on a handle, they work great for that kinda stuff and it is a good thing to add to your tool box.... Gary in Indy

That is an HB Grand Prix 21 car motor in a boat. I collect HB motors and will tell you parts for that are very hard to come by. It is an abc sleeve motor makes about 1.4hp and 25000 rpms.
The motor is no longer made. Well made motors though.
