Default Estimated Speed with weight factor......

.The project i am doing, I have questions about speed. I plan to run the TOp novak brushless system they sell on towerhobbies. With the max amount of cells you can run on it.. I think 14-16? Anyway the boat right now with just the bottom and top weighs 2.5lbs with no electronics etc... A esc, novak motor, steering sevro, and the say 16cells. How fast would this be able to go? the prop is about 1.2" in diameter.. Im hoping to reach over 20mph with this setup, but im worried that with the weight of the extra cells, i wont get much speed. ayone know?
